Access and use of this website and the products and services available through this website (collectively, the “services”) are subject to the following terms and conditions (“T&C”). By using the services, you are agreeing to all the T&C, as we may update or modify the T&C from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions. Placing orders on this website means your acceptance of the T&C.

Alinacernatescu.fashion guarantees you limited access to information and online orders, but does not offer you the right to download or modify the site in part or in full, to reproduce in part or in full the site, to copy, to sell/resells or exploits the site in any other manner, for commercial purposes or contrary to the interests of SC Triolete Media SRL without its prior written consent.  

1. Alina Cernatescu products
   The products sold through Alinacernatescu.fashion are made in Romania and are sent in the original packaging of the product. On the date of delivery, they will be accompanied by a fiscal invoice and a warranty certificate, according to the legislation in force. The products and services are offered in compliance with the provisions of this document and within the available stock. If a product is no longer in the current offer or there is a large number of requests for that product, alinacernatescu.fashion reserves the right not to process that order by prior notice.

Alina Cernatescu textile masks are NOT medical devices and are NOT recommended for personal protection. They are provided with a textile pocket for inserting approved filters.

Product colours

We work tirelessly to make sure that our product's colours are the same both online and offline. However, as every display might have different settings, it is possible for some shades to slightly differ. So, we cannot guarantee that the shade displayed on your device would be the same as the one of the real product.

2.  Payment

On the Alinacernatescu.fashion website you can opt for one of the following payment options:

1. Pay on delivery: We will deliver your products by express courier and you will be able to pay in cash upon receipt of the package.
2. Bank transfer (internet banking): If you choose the payment option by bank transfer, you will receive an e-mail with a proforma invoice where you will find information about the bank account, the account holder, the bank and the reason for the transfer. You will be asked to pay for our products in full and send us proof of payment to the e-mail address contact@alinacernatescu.fashion
3. Online via EuPlatesc (Visa / Visa Electron / Maestro / MasterCard)
   
   
4.  Shipping policy

We deliver the products anywhere in the country (Romania), by express courier. The delivery time of the products varies and is mentioned on the page of each product. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail or phone before we deliver your products.

Delivery costs

1. FREE for orders whose value exceeds 150 EURO
2. EXTRA CHARGE for orders with a value between 0 and 15O EURO

We deliver in Romania by FAN COURIER to all URBAN areas. For non-urban destinations, if additional kilometres occur, you will be notified in advance and asked to cover the extra cost of transport.

We deliver INTERNATIONAL by DHL Express to all URBAN areas. For non-urban destinations, if additional kilometres occur, you will be notified in advance and asked to cover the extra cost of transport.

If you will not be found at the mentioned address, you will be contacted by phone by the courier company. The reception of the products represents your acceptance that the products have arrived in good condition.

There are several independent reasons: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil unrest, or other force majeure impediments according to Romanian law, under which Alina Cernatescu reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of the ordered products if they cannot be delivered. 

4. Product warranty

The warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective product. If you request the warranty, please present the defective products in the original packaging, together with the related accessories, a copy of the product invoice and the original warranty certificate. If the products become unaccompanied by these documents, we may decide to return them to you without voiding your warranty.

In case of returning the products, we will ask you to ensure the transport costs for shipping the defective products to us, at the address mentioned by e-mail or telephone.

If your product has physical wear defects such as stains, cracks, or tears, it will not be covered by the warranty.

Please keep the tax receipt or invoice received upon purchase, during the warranty period. For Alina Cernatescu products, we offer 30-day warranty certificates, which are sent together with the ordered products. The tax invoice will be sent attached by e-mail.

This warranty certificate will ensure all the rights conferred by the legislation in force (Law no. 449/2003, Romanian Government Ordinance no; 21/1992, republished).

To grant the warranty, it is necessary to follow the instructions specified above.

5. Return of products

Please return the products to the address: str. C.A. Rosetti, 34, sector 2, Bucharest, to the attention of Alina Cernatescu together with the completed return form. To obtain a copy of the return form, please contact us at contact@alinacernatescu.fashion.

According to the law of electronic commerce OG no. 130/2000, art. 7 paragraph 1 as a consumer (buyer) you have the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 calendar days, without penalties, and without invoking any reason. For products ordered between December 1 and December 22, we accept the return of products within 40 calendar days. The only costs you may incur are the direct costs of returning the products.

If you want to return the products, please consider the following aspects:

• The returned products must be new, in the original packaging box, accompanied by all the accessories related to the product.
• if the size does not correspond, another size can be requested in exchange for the initial one, in which case the initial product will be returned, and the purchase process will be resumed for the new size.
• You can request a size change only once. In this case, we invite you to consult the size table displayed on www.alinacernatescu.fashion
• You will cover the travel expenses in case you want to return or change the products.
• If the product cannot be changed with another size, we will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 10 working days, as soon as all the above conditions have been met. The refund of the amount paid will be made by the same method of payment as the initial transaction.

6. Copyright Alinacernatescu.fashion

The entire content of the Alinacernatescu.fashion site - images, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphics, emails, scripts, programs, and other data - is the property of SC TRIOLETE MEDIA SRL and is protected by copyright law. (Law no. 8/1996) and the laws regarding intellectual and industrial property. The use without our consent of any of the elements listed above is punishable according to the current legislation. It is allowed to use the Alinacernatescu.fashion site only within the limits mentioned in this document. 

7.  Personal Data Confidentiality

Personal Data is information that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you (collectively, “Personal Data”). Such Personal Data may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, and birth date (primarily for eligibility purposes).

We assure you that the Personal Data you choose to share with us is strictly confidential and solely used to manage the supplier-client relationship. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.

We use the Personal Data you share with us through the alinacernatescu.fashion website to confirm orders, to send e-mail information, SMS messages, posts, or other communication means concerning ulterior actions, statistics, etc.

Also, it may be possible for your Personal Data to be shared with the authorities in matters concerning the legitimacy of the commercial transactions or any other checks according to the current legislation.

This website uses special security services to guarantee the safe storage of all Personal Data of its clients. We assure you that our website guarantees its clients all the rights specified by law no. 677/2001 regarding Personal Data, law no. 365/2002 regarding e-commerce, and OG no. 130/2000 regarding customer protection.

According to the above-mentioned laws, the customer has the following rights:

• The right to request a Personal Data usage confirmation from alinacernatescu.fashion, through a written request, free of charge, once a year;
• The right to ask alinacernatescu.fashion to modify, update or permanently delete, free of charge, any Personal Data that does not comply with law no. 677/2001; 
• The right to request, free of charge, the complete erase of any Personal Data stored by alinacernatescu.fashion;
• The right to unsubscribe from any promotional messages sent by alinacernatescu.fashion.

8.  Litigation

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between us concerning the subject matter hereof. These terms and conditions may not be altered, supplemented, or amended using any other documents. The laws of Romania, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this Website and the purchase of Products. Each of us agrees and hereby submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the law institutions of Romania with respect to such matters.
