How do I track an order?

At the time of the shipment you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use for Fan Courier HERE, and for DHL HERE.

How do I return a product?

Please send the product together with the return form to the address Street C.A Rosetti, nr. 34 Bucharest. Products should be sent intact, with the label attached and preferably, in the original packaging. For return, you can call any courier, at your choice and at your own cost.

Can I return a product without the order number?

Yes. It is not mandatory to fill in the order number. We will identify your order by the name on which it was originally placed.

Can I modify an order after it has been placed?

Yes. You can change your order and request a different size/color. However, you should keep in mind that the delivery time will be changed depending on the date you requested the change.

Can I change the delivery information for an order after it has been shipped?

Yes. Delivery information can be changed, but shortly after you receive your shipping email. For this you can contact us by phone at nr. +40 752 013 011 or by email at contact@alinacernatescu.fashion.

When and how do I get my money back?

After we receive your return, our team is going to check it and you will be notified by email if it has been accepted. From the moment of accepting the return, it takes a maximum of 10 business days to refund the value through the same payment method as the initial transaction.

Can I ask for another product in exchange?

Yes. For this, please tick and fill in the section called "Exchange" on the return form. Please note that the exchange option is only available for a different size or a different product with a higher value.

What are the steps for an order with custom measurements?

For an order with custom measurements, please click the option called "CS" available on the product page, then enter your measurements according to the table to the right of the product. If we need additional information, we will contact you by phone or email.

Can I return a custom product?

No. Products made on personalized measurements are unique and made according to the personalization indications provided by each client. For this reason, they cannot be returned.

Why wasn't the 5% discount applied to my checkout?

The 5% discount on online card payments applies only to products that are listed at full price and does not cumulate with other promotional campaigns.

If I am not sure about ordering online, can I try the products in the showroom?

Yes. We always have a stock of products available in the showroom. However, please contact us by phone at +40 723 345 813, to set an appointment and to check the availability of the products you want to try on.
