Our team of skilled fashion consultants is ready to help you choose the perfect design, whether it's a wedding look, an eveningwear gown, a cocktail attire, or a premium daywear outfit. You can opt for a private consultation with our stylists or arrange a meeting with the designer, Alina Cernătescu. Fittings take place in your own private VIP dressing room, while your guests await in our reception area. For the ultimate comfort and personalized experience, we recommend inviting no more than two guests to join you for your showroom appointment.
To schedule an appointment, please call us at +40 723 345 813 and let us know if you'd like to meet with a stylist or with designer Alina Cernătescu. Each appointment lasts between 45 to 60 minutes, providing enough time for your shopping experience. Before your visit, we suggest checking our website and confirming the product availability over the phone. Our delicate garments require special care, so please be mindful of any jewelry that could damage the fabrics. For your convenience, we provide recommended shoe options to pair with your looks, for fitting only.
In our showroom, you will be greeted with a vast selection of in-stock products, in addition to dozens of presentation pieces available for fittings and custom orders. If you would like to try on a specific product, we recommend informing us of any requests when scheduling your appointment.

- Made-to-measure services: we create any product in custom sizes – there is no additional fee for bridal and eveningwear designs; custom sizes are available with an extra fee for cocktail and office looks
- Products made with customization instructions: different colors, different fabrics, alterations to the base pattern (length, neckline, sleeve, etc.). All these services are available with an extra customization fee.
- Repairs for purchased products (re-stitching, embroidery replacement). The cost will be mentioned depending on the complexity of the service provided
- Alterations for purchased products (shortening, resizing). The cost will be mentioned depending on the complexity of the service provided
